Rose Dedication Sponsor
If your hospital, OPO or organization wishes to honor donor families, transplant recipients or healthcare heroes, this sponsorship works as follows:
- Organization communities (in a letter, newsletter or email) the opportunity for a family or individual to dedicate a rose that will be placed on the OneLegacy Donate Life Float floral sculpture.
- Using the online dedication form, the family/individual will utilize a promotional code that is specific to your organization and this allows the participant to complete their dedication by December 22rd with no cost to them.
- The participant receives the package you choose: Tribute Package (includes a rose placed on the OneLegacy Donate Life Float floral sculpture, a digital personalized certificate, and your personalized dedication posted on the OneLegacy Donate Life Float website) or Honor Package (includes everything in the tribute package plus a thank you card and a Rose Dedication Garden lapel pin).
