A rose is a symbol of love, loss and renewal. It represents something different to everyone; to some it is a symbol of hope, or an expression of grief, and to others it is a gift of gratitude.
The Rose Dedication Garden is an opportunity to honor donors, families, recipients, candidates waiting for a transplant, and healthcare heroes who make transplant possible with a personalized rose placed in the OneLegacy Donate Life Float Rose Dedication Garden inspiring tens of millions of people nationwide to save lives as donors.
Each dedicated rose is placed in a vial that carries a unique, personal message of love, hope and remembrance, and honors donors, recipients and others touched by organ, eye and tissue donation. Altogether, thousands of roses create a Dedication Garden that is a featured design element on the OneLegacy Donate Life Float each year.
Individuals, families, and organizations touched by organ, eye, and tissue donation are invited to participate.

Honor a loved one with an individual rose. This package includes a rose with a dedicated message placed on the OneLegacy Donate Life Rose Parade Float, a chance opportunity to personally place the rose during Rose Placement, a digital personalized certificate, and your personalized dedication posted on the OneLegacy Donate Life website.

The CEO & Partners Rose Dedication Program offers Hospital CEOs, Transplant Center Administrators, Tissue Banks and Donation Community Partners in your service area an opportunity to handwrite a rose dedication to be placed on the OneLegacy Donate Life Float. This is a great way for Organ Procurement Organizations to engage their partners and have these organizations be part of the OneLegacy Donate Life Float.

Rose Dedication Ceremony Sponsor
The Rose Dedication Ceremony program offers organizations an opportunity to host an event where families handwrite their personal dedication onto rose vials that are shipped to your organization. Through your participation, we will also send duplicate vial provided as a keepsake for your participants. In addition, you will also receive a kit to create a personalized certificate for each honoree and a float rendering in a padded.

The Rose Dedication Sponsor program offers organizations an opportunity to honor your donors, donor families, transplant recipients, candidates who are waiting for a transplant or health care heroes with a dedicated rose. Sponsors communicate this opportunity via email, newsletter or letter rather than host an in-person gathering. The rose dedication is completed by the family using our online order form.
