The artwork for Donate Life's 2012 theme pin features several elements inspired by the float design. Most prominent is a floral clock set to 8:50, representing the eight lives that can be saved by a single organ donor and the 50 people whose lives can be saved and healed by one eye/tissue donor. The clock tower's sun/moon dial is represented, as is one of the gears that connect the six floral clocks. |
