December 2009: A unique quality of the Donate Life float is how dozens of our floragraphs are being sent out to all corners of the country during the middle of the month so that the families of the honored donors can participate in decorating the portraits of their loved ones, always at locations that were meaningful to the donor and often with media in attendance. Many families will make a subsequent pilgrimage to Pasadena to see their loved one's image grace the float in the Rose Parade.
