The Share Package: $250
- All of the items in the Family Package
- A Remembrance Package dedicated through the Family Circle grant program given to a family who would not be able to dedicate a rose
- To dedicate your Family Circle rose, you may choose from two options:
- Order online by clicking here, or
- Download a Family Circle brochure as a PDF file and mail the order form to Donate Life Family Circle, 221 S. Figueroa St., Ste 500, Los Angeles, CA 90012, or fax to 213-633-1655.
- All dedications received by December 1st will be mailed out by Christmas. Dedications received after December 1st but before December 27th will be placed in the garden but mailed out after January 1st.
