Donate Life Rose Parade Float

Last year, 60 hospitals nationwide dedicated five or more Donate Life Roses to honor donors, patients, their families and/or staff. With your commitment as a Donate Life Rose Sponsor, your hospital or transplant center receives the following benefits:

(5) dedicated roses on the 2011 Donate Life Rose Parade Float:

(5) Donate Life Rose vials to be personalized by your honorees, then returned to the Donate Life Float Committee to be placed on the float
(5) dedication cards to be personalized by your honorees and returned with the companion rose vials for posting to the Family Circle section of the Donate Life float website

(5) duplicate Donate Life Rose vials, to be kept by your honorees
A beautifully framed photo of the 2011 Donate Life Rose Parade float and Donate Life Family Circle certificate
A kit to create a personalized certificate for each honoree
Your Hospital or Transplant Center's name and URL posted to Family Circle section of Donate Life float website

Additional Rose Dedications – $15 each

Honor more donors and patients with additional dedications beyond the five that come with your Donate Life Rose Sponsor package. As above, each rose comes with a dedication card and a blank certificate ready for personalizing.
With 50 or more dedicated roses, Your Hospital or Transplant Center is recognized as a Donate Life Rose Parade Float Contributing Sponsor
