For the first time, the Family Circle is proud to offer rose dedication packages to donor hospitals, transplant centers and organizations as a way for your institution to honor individuals and families who have given, received and await the gift of life.

On January 2, 2006, a total of 308 dedicated roses graced "Life Transformed." See photos of families placing their roses and the completed Family Circle Garden on the 2006 Donate Life float.

The Family Circle offers donor and recipient families the opportunity to personally participate in the 2007 Donate Life Rose Parade® Float and the magical Rose Parade experience. By using the tools in your rose dedication package and tying into the Donate Life Float’s national PR campaign, your hospital or transplant center can earn media recognition of your outstanding work in the field of donation and transplantation. You may honor donors, recipients or transplant candidates with the package below. You must order a minimum of 5 roses to participate in the Family Circle program for hospitals and transplant centers.

Family Circle Rose: $50 per honoree includes:

  • A rose with the name of your honoree in the Family Circle Rose Garden at the front of the 2007 Donate Life Rose Parade Float
  • A personalized certificate recognizing your honoree, to read:
    • [Your Hospital] honors the family of [Name of Donor] for your decision to donate life, or
    • [Your Transplant Center] celebrates the life of [Name of Patient]
  • A replica of the actual rose vial placed on the Donate Life Float, perfect for photo opportunities
  • Family Circle lapel pin


  • To dedicate your Family Circle roses, you may choose from two options:
    • Order online by clicking here, or
    • Download an Order Form as a PDF file or Word document and mail to Donate Life Float Family Circle, 221 South Figueroa Street, Suite 500, Los Angeles, CA 90012, or fax to 213-229-5601.
  • Your rose dedication must be received by December 1st for delivery by December 15th.
