Any family or individual who has been touched by organ and tissue donation and transplantation can dedicate a rose on the Donate Life Float to bear the name of someone who has given, received or awaits the gift of life.

The organization program is designed to offer donor hospitals, transplant centers, OPOs, tissue banks, foundations and workplace partners the opportunity to honor donor families, recipients and candidates.
